Consulting & Preparations for the Gala-Event (Google Meet)

  • Pre-Auction Warm Up Game discussions on cost to play, prize and how many entries allowed per person.

  • Live Auction Items discussion – best types of items for your organization, order of items, price range of values, how to acquire the packages, etc.

  • Fund the Mission discussion on how many levels, amount ask on each level, the focus of the evening on where the money goes for the Fund the Mission levels, etc

  • Overall discussions of the event (Google Meet meetings with organizers of your event)

  • Developing the final auction script for the auctioneer to have on stage (Google Docs)

Live Auctioneer for the Gala-Event

  • Conducting the Microphone/Sound Check – Day of event

  • Volunteer Meeting – Day of event

  • All travel related expenses are included – auctioneer will be scheduled to arrive the night before event

  • Conducting the Pre-Auction “Warm Up Game” 
  • Conducting the “Live-Auction”

  • Conducting the “Fund the Mission” 

Total all-inclusive Auctioneer Fee: $1600
